Focusing on Garlic and Cocoa—crops that have been central to my cross-continent journey for decades—I offer comprehensive grower guides that detail the agricultural, economic, and commercial aspects of these industries. During the Covid-19 lockdown, I decided to share my extensive experience and travels with my grandchildren, hoping to inspire in them a passion for agriculture, particularly Cocoa. All my grandchildren are Chocolate lovers, and they have become so knowledgeable about how Cocoa is grown that they now give lectures at their schools.

This journey has been captured in a children’s book, which is now available for sale.

I also offer lectures and workshops for both adults and children who want to deepen their understanding of this wonderful and sweet industry.
